April 11th Our group left Krakow early the next morning to a very rainy day. First stop along the way was in Orawka at the St John the Baptist Church. The church was erected between 1650 and 1656. It is made of wood and it's beautiful. The paintings on the walls, the ornate organ, the painted pews, the charming statues of the holy family... all make this church a very special one. |
