April 19th Since Percy and Jake stayed at home with my sister, Melanie while I was away, they were there to greet me and cuddle as I slept. You might wonder why I went to the trouble to go back to my niece's then sister's place to get my car between 1:30 and 2 a.m. That's because I had to go and pick up the girls from the kennel early on the 19th.Lucy and Ginger had behaved themselves enough that the owner of the kennel said he'd be happy to have kept them if I hadn't shown up to get them. Ginger even made a new best friend... Loki! Immediately after getting the girls, I took them to the dog park for a walk. We met up with Lucy's boyfriend Berg at the park. When I got home after the walk, I was exhausted and fell asleep. I woke up feeling ill and for the next day or two was fighting flu-like symptoms. Thus, this website took awhile to get posted. I hope you like the pages as much as I enjoyed visiting Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria and Czechia! |
