I spent the evening in Wisconsin Dells meandering close to the main street - Broadway.
I started at Cedar (my motel was just off Broadway on Cedar). I stopped at a Mexican food
place for dinner then veered away from the street to take a stroll along their "River Walk".
As the sun set, I crossed the bridge over the Wisconsin and decided to check out a mini golf
course which lay along the river. I played behind two grandfathers taking their granddaughter
for a round. Too cute! Other amusement rides were across the street, most notibly one where two
people were rotated up into the sky, turning forward, backward, upside down as the long arm swung
around. I chatted with two people from North Carolina who agreed with me... NO WAY I'd set foot
on that thing!
